Once you do emerge, you'll get attacked by more skeletons. You won't emerge from this door until you've explored the interior of the keep.

The Scout leaves behind the Antique Warden Crossbow (Whitewood). The third wave is Warden Skeletons led by a Warden Master Scout.

The second wave is Warden Skeletons led by a Warden Acolyte. The first wave is Arland skeletons led by an Arland Lord.

You'll then get attacked by three distinct waves of Skeletons.

Once you step into this courtyard, you'll witness a ghostly vision of several soldiers loyal to long dead King Arland deciding to starve out some rebellious Grey Wardens who have holed themselves up in the nearby Keep.
